Himalayan salt has been forming for over 250 million years under high
tectonic pressure and hence, has formed in an environment that is completely
devoid of toxins or pollutants. Other than the purity, its benefits also accrue from the fact that it
contains all the 84 natural minerals that are present in our body.
And how this salt made in life? No english subtitle but pictures talk for themselves....
...it makes you wonder....but if thoughts could do that to water, imagine what our thoughts can do to us?............
Dr. Dwight Lundell is on the front line fighting a health war. His mission is
to find a cure for heart disease. And he believes he has done just that.
He didn’t discover that cure overnight. It took 25 years of observation as a cardiac surgeon and over 5,000 heart surgeries to convince him of his findings. He dedicated his career to researching the most comprehensive studies and conducting his own cutting-edge research to find the truth.
In the second part of our exclusive interview with him, he reveals the truth behind heart disease. And even better… offers four critical steps to improve your heart health.
Conventional wisdom tells us that high cholesterol is the cause of heart
disease. But Dr. Dwight Lundell is fighting to expose this dangerous mainstream
Dr. Lundell is a pioneer and leading expert in this field. He has enjoyed a
long and a distinguished career, leading his peers to new breakthroughs. He
spent 25 years as a cardiovascular surgeon and performed over 5,000 heart
His experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery includes certification
by the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, and
the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. He was a pioneer in “Off-Pump” heart surgery,
reducing surgical complications and recovery times. He’s in the “Beating Heart
Hall of Fame” and has been listed in Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Doctors” for 10
He has been recognized by his peers as a leader and has served as Chief
resident at the University of Arizona and Yale University Hospitals. He later
served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery.
He was also one of the founding partners of the Lutheran Heart Hospital which
became the second largest heart hospital in the U.S.
Dr. Lundell recently agreed to grant us an in-depth and revealing interview
about the pioneering work he is currently conducting. It’s our privilege and
pleasure to share part one of that exclusive interview with you today.
THB: You are the author of a controversial heart-health book
called The Great Cholesterol Lie. The book challenges conventional
wisdom and accepted medical theories. What’s been the response to this book?
Dr. Lundell: The response to the book has been overwhelming.
I regularly correspond with people from around the world who are enjoying
better health from the new understandings they gained from learning about
inflammation and heart disease.
THB: That’s good to hear. It’s a seminal book that charts
your professional journey as a cardiac surgeon. And, more importantly, reveals
your gradual discovery of the true cause of heart disease.
If you could go back in time to when you were a young cardiac surgeon… what
would you tell yourself and would you take a different path?
Dr. Lundell: I was dedicated to treating heart disease and
passionate about saving lives. It was my responsibility to provide patients
with a second chance.
As a young cardiac surgeon in the 1980s coronary bypass operation was the
only effective treatment for people afflicted with severe coronary artery
disease. So, as you can imagine, this was a very exciting time. Our ability to
help people increased and the risks of surgery decreased as techniques and
The scientific consensus at that time was elevated cholesterol levels in the
blood cause a gradual deposition of cholesterol in the lumen of the blood vessel
so two treatment forces were obvious: lower the levels of cholesterol in the
blood or do an operation to detour the blood around the accumulated plaque thus
restoring flow and heart function.
Rather than looking at more effective ways to lower blood cholesterol, there
was relatively little research going on as to what was causing plaque. Everyone
settled on the idea that it was as simple as controlling fat and
Then new research was in part driven by industry and not basic science. As
balloon angioplasty emerged as an alternative to open heart surgery, the
companies that produce the balloons became concerned by high rates of
re-stenosis. They began funding studies to understand exactly what was
happening biologically to cause the re-stenosis. (Re-stenosis means a
re-narrowing of the artery after angioplasty or a stent has been inserted.)
This stimulated a lot of research and culminated in the seminal article
published in 1999 in the New England Journal of Medicine announcing
that “atherosclerosis [is] an inflammatory disease.”
THB: How did you discover that the true cause of heart
disease was inflammation?
Dr. Lundell: I was excited to understand this new research
because in the operating room I had observed the classic signs of
inflammation around the coronary artery and was very disappointed that
surgery, although effective at relieving symptoms and extending life, was not a
cure for heart disease.
Many brilliant scientists and university centers continued to do more
research that confirmed the basis for coronary disease was chronic inflammation.
Sadly the attention was all directed at finding a therapy rather than
looking at the cause of chronic inflammation.
Research is hugely expensive and was largely funded by drug companies who
were making billions of dollars from the prescriptions for statin drugs.
One of the many side effects of statin drugs is that they seem to have a mild
anti- inflammatory effect. Because of the size of the industry and how
entrenched the cholesterol theory had become, the focus continues to be on
treating everyone with statin drugs rather than understanding the cause and
the ability to control chronic inflammation.
The makers of statin drugs have been so skillful at influencing science and
controlling public policy that prescribing statins is the standard of care.
Anyone questioning or disagreeing with these policies is labeled as a heretic
THB: Why were you so convinced inflammation was the culprit?
You were so convinced that you made a major life – and career – change based on
Dr. Lundell: I knew that I did not have enough influence to
change any of the policies or practices from inside mainstream medicine. Taking
a lesson from the drug makers with their direct to consumer advertising I
decided to write the book and hopefully people would learn and make the changes
needed to truly prevent and cure heart disease.
THB: You describe inflammation very powerfully in your book
as a battleground. Can you give our readers an overview of what inflammation
Dr. Lundell: Inflammation truly is a
battleground. For most of human history we died because of infection
and trauma. Our immune system and our inflammatory systems are designed to
aggressively respond to these two challenges.
If we get invaded by bacteria or injured in some way, our immune system
recognizes the challenge and marshals all of the body’s resources to respond to
defeat the invader and heal the wound.
We all have experienced the classic signs of inflammation: warmth, swelling,
redness, and pain. Acute inflammation is the response to acute injuries.
Chronic inflammation is the response to chronic smaller injuries and so we do
not always get the four classic signs.

[Ed. Note: Dr. Dwight Lundell is the past Chief of Staff and
Chief of Surgery at Banner Heart Hospital, Mesa, AZ. His private practice,
Cardiac Care Center was in Mesa, AZ. Recently Dr. Lundell left surgery to focus
on the nutritional treatment of heart disease. He is the founder of Healthy
Humans Foundation that promotes human health with a focus on helping large
corporations promote wellness. He is the author of The Cure For Heart
Disease and The Great Cholesterol Lie.
Dr. Dwight Lundell says, “In my career as a cardiac surgeon, I’ve
performed over 5,000 heart surgeries. Most of these could have been easily
prevented had the patients been given the right information.”
We physicians with all our training, knowledge and authority often acquire
a rather large ego that tends to make it difficult to admit we are wrong. So,
here it is. I freely admit to being wrong. As a heart surgeon with 25 years
experience, having performed over 5,000 open-heart surgeries, today is my day to
right the wrong with medical and scientific fact.
I trained for many years with other prominent physicians labeled “opinion makers.” Bombarded with scientific literature, continually attending education seminars, we opinion makers insisted heart disease resulted from the simple fact of elevated blood cholesterol.
The only accepted therapy was prescribing medications to lower cholesterol and a diet that severely restricted fat intake. The latter of
course we insisted would lower cholesterol and heart disease. Deviations from these recommendations were considered heresy and could quite possibly result in malpractice.
It Is Not Working!
These recommendations are no longer scientifically or morally defensible. The discovery a few years ago that inflammation in the artery wall is the real cause of heart disease is slowly leading to a paradigm shift in how heart disease and other chronic ailments will be treated. The long-established dietary recommendations have created epidemics of obesity and diabetes, the consequences of which dwarf any historical plague in terms of mortality, human suffering and dire economic consequences.
Despite the fact that 25% of the population takes expensive statin medications and despite the fact we have reduced the fat content of our diets, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than ever before. Statistics from the American Heart Association show that 75 million Americans currently suffer from heart disease, 20 million have diabetes and 57 million have pre-diabetes. These disorders are affecting younger and younger people in greater numbers every year.
Simply stated, without inflammation being present in the body, there is no way that cholesterol would accumulate in the wall of the blood vessel and cause heart disease and strokes. Without inflammation, cholesterol would move freely hroughout the body as nature intended. It is inflammation that causes cholesterol to become trapped.
Inflammation is not complicated — it is quite simply your body’s natural defense to a foreign invader such as a bacteria, toxin or virus. The cycle of inflammation is perfect in how it protects your body from these bacterial and viral invaders. However, if we chronically expose the body to injury by toxins or foods the human body was never designed to process, a condition occurs called chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is just as harmful as acute inflammation is beneficial.
What thoughtful person would willfully expose himself repeatedly to foods or other substances that are known to cause injury to the body? Well, smokers perhaps, but at least they made that choice willfully.
The rest of us have simply followed the recommended mainstream diet that is low in fat and high in polyunsaturated fats and carbohydrates, not knowing we were causing repeated injury to our blood vessels. This repeated injury creates chronic inflammation leading to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity.
Let me repeat that: The injury and inflammation in our blood vessels is caused by the low fat diet that has been recommended for years by mainstream medicine.
What are the biggest culprits of chronic inflammation? Quite simply, they are the overload of simple, highly processed carbohydrates (sugar, flour and all the products made from them) and the excess consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils like soybean, corn and sunflower that are found in many processed foods.

Asparagus and Cancer: Is It a Natural Cure? There are many foods that have
special properties, nutrients, and undiscovered cofactors that can help the body
in the healing process. When it comes to helping the body to recover from
cancer, we will discuss some of the best foods to include in the diet. Let's
first focus on Asparagus, as it has been suggested to be extremely powerful, and
many reports suggest that simply eating 1 cup of asparagus every day will give
enough support to help the body heal from cancer.
Jose Silva, the founder of the Silva Method, believed that 90% of illnesses come from the human mind—and can therefore, to an extent, be reversed by the mind too.
The Silva Method’s goal is to help every person awaken their mind’s natural healing ability, so they can transform it from a trigger of
disease, to a catalyst for holistic wellbeing. We’ve been working towards this goal since 1967, collaborating with top scientists and researchers, and training millions of people from across the world with our method.
Television is the most powerful weapon of psychological warfare in history and
yet it is a member of the family in most households. The programming that we are
constantly assaulted with conditions us to a particular worldview. This fake
reality changes our behavior making us less active and more compliant with
society's shortcomings. Since television is controlled by a small handful of
powerful corporations, viewers will never witness informing, truthful news and
entertainment. As political and corporate power unite at an ever increasing
rate, being informed is more important than ever. People need to seek out
independent and alternative unbiased sources on the internet for their
information or we will continue to be manipulated by the corporate controlled media.

Tayos Cave mystery in Ecuador. The Tayos Cave was found by the Hungarian Janos Moritz, was allowed down the caves as he spoke the same language "magyar" as the natives. The reason nobody allowed there as in the caves down Hungarian ruinc writing can be seen. When the Spanish got in all libraries were burned. The Catholic Spanish wanted to pursue the locals to become catholic, took only Hungarian Pauline Monks to do the job.
Wonder why? There are very few videos of this subject as someone remove them occasionally.
This device, developed by a biophysicist in Budapest, beams polarized, full-spectrum light onto everything from acne to serious skin disorders with significant results and without the use of powerful drugs. BIOPTRON Light stimulates and modulates reparative and regenerative processes, as well as those of the human defence-systemI It acts in a natural way by supporting the regenerative capacity of the body and therefore helps the body to release its own healing potential.
The Human Chakra System
The Sanskrit word "chakra" means literally
"spinning wheel". The
chakra system within the
human body consists of seven major chakras and
many minor chakras.
Each major chakra from the Root through Brow has four energy vortices associated with it: one spiraling upward, one downward toward the earth, one out the front of the body, and one out through the back of the body. The upward projecting vortex
from one chakra and the downward projecting vortex of the chakra just
above it join to form an energy column that runs vertically through the
physical body from the bottom of the spine (Root Chakra) up in front of
the spine and out through the top of the head (Crown Chakra).
The Crown Chakra has two vortices, one opening upward toward the heavens, and one
projecting downward into the energy column running through the body.
When a chakra is "healthy and balanced" its front and rear vortices spin in a circular motion. However,
if there is a disturbance or blockage in the flow of energy within a
chakra, the circular motion may become elliptical or, in extreme cases,
severely flattened on its sides. This distortion may be sensed by those
able to see or feel energy fields, or indirectly sensed by a pendulum.
Further, each chakra has its own specific "frequency" or rate of
spin, with the lowest rate of spin in the Root Chakra, and steadily increasing
up to the highest rate of spin in the Crown Chakra.
The purpose or function of the human chakra system is to take in
higher-dimensional energy from the Universal Energy Field all around us and
translate or step down its frequency of vibration to that which can be used
within the physical body. Each major chakra vibrates or spins at a different
rate, and each chakra will absorb energy from the UEF that is harmonically
related to its own frequency. Thus, energy from several frequency bands within
the UEF is absorbed by the different chakras and is directed by the internal
energy meridians to those organs with which that chakra is associated:
Major Chakras and Associated Organs and Glands.
Chakra Associated Organs Endocrine Gland
Crown Upper Brain, Right Eye Pineal
Brow Ears, Nose, Lower Brain, Pituitary
Nervous System, Left Eye
Throat Lungs, Larynx, Alimentary Canal Thyroid, Parathyroid
Heart Heart, Blood, Vagus Nerve, Thymus
Solar Plexus Stomach, Gall Bladder, Liver Pancreas
Sacral Reproductive System Testes, Ovaries
Root Spinal Column, Kidneys Adrenals
For instance, the particular energy vibrations or frequencies absorbed by
the Solar Plexus Chakra are linked energetically to the stomach, pancreas, gall
bladder and liver. Likewise, the reproductive organs receive their components
of energy from the UEF through the Sacral Chakra (sometimes called the Spleen
or Splenic Chakra).
A good analogy of how this occurs is to visualize all the many TV signals
existing around us all the time; by tuning to a specific channel
(frequency), we get the specific information or programming being sent on that
frequency. The human chakra system can then be said to act as a sort of
multichannel receiver of vibrations from different portions of the energy
spectrum all around us.
Many minor chakras are also located throughout the body, and are usually
associated with joints such as the knee, shoulder, elbow, etc. Additional
minor chakras are found in the palms of both hands and the soles of the feet,
and the ends of the fingers and toes. These minor chakras appear as spikes of
energy emanating from the body rather than the spinning vortices of the major
chakras. At least one major healing modality (Healing Touch) takes advantage
of these rays of energy coming out of the fingertips to stimulate and
accelerate the body's own healing processes. Reiki uses the palm chakras to
direct healing energies to the client's body
