Science, when defined as the search for the "Truth", is one of the noblest undertakings of our species.
Our "modern science" today however, has little - and often nothing at all whatsoever - to do with that! Corporate science and scientism now ruthlessly rule the roost. The noble scientific search for "Truth" has been largely usurped. Like a mercenary soldier ever hungry for funding from wherever it may come, modern science prostitutes itself without the slightest qualm in the moral brothels of big business where pockets and profits can run so deep it can sometimes beggar belief.
